How do credits work?
One credit pays for one assisted application. Choose roles on your matches page, approve the consent, and one credit is used per role. Your balance is always on the Applications page.
Why is the price per application different?
Bigger packages cost less per application: from $3.90 each in Starter down to $1.99 each in Max. You can buy any package more than once.
Do credits expire?
No — credits don’t expire while your account is open.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for unused credits: ask through the support form within 12 months of purchase and we refund each unused credit at the per-application price you paid. Used credits aren’t refundable, but the credit goes back if we can’t complete an application. Details are in the Terms.
How long does one assisted application take?
Your tailored resume and cover letter are drafted first; nothing is sent until you approve them. The usual time from your approval to the employer’s confirmation will be published here when checkout opens.
Is a tailored resume or cover letter extra?
No. Both are included in every assisted application.
Do you guarantee an interview?
No one can. Paying never marks an application “submitted” — only the employer’s recorded confirmation does — and no outcome or interview is guaranteed.
What about taxes?
Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
