About ApplyHalo
ApplyHalo is a career companion built around one idea: fewer, better job matches. It shows only roles from employers we have checked, that meet the must-haves you set, with the reasons for each match.

How employers are checked
Jobs come straight from employers’ own job boards (Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby), never from reposting sites. Before an employer’s jobs can appear, we check that the company’s official website links to that job board and record the evidence. The check expires after 90 days; an employer whose check isn’t renewed drops out of matches. Postings that disappear from the employer’s board are removed. ApplyHalo is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these employers.
Where the AI runs
Resume reviews, second opinions on matches and interview practice come from an open-weight model (Qwen) running on hardware the operator controls, reached over a private, encrypted network. Your resume is not sent to third-party AI services. AI output is automated and can be wrong, so every suggestion is yours to check.
What’s free, and what’s paid
- Free: resume upload and AI review, matching with reasons, saving and dismissing roles, interview practice, applying through each employer’s own link, and exporting or deleting your data.
- Paid, optional: assisted applications, bought as application credit packages (one credit per application) — checkout is coming soon.
Your data
Resumes are encrypted at rest, you can download everything we hold or delete your account at any time, and we don’t sell data or use it for advertising. The Privacy Policy has the details.
