Check your spam or junk folder — our sending domain is new. You can request a new link from the sign-in page (up to three per hour). Links work once and expire after 24 hours. If you open the link in a different browser from the one you signed up in, we ask for the password you chose (or you can choose a new one).
Why do I see so few matches?
We show a role only when all of these are true:
- the employer is verified;
- the posting was re-checked in the last 72 hours;
- it meets every requirement you set (title, work arrangement, city, salary floor and employment type).
An empty list means nothing qualifies yet; we never pad it. When results are thin, the matches page shows which of your must-haves rules out the most roles — loosen that one first (often the salary floor or the work arrangement).
How is my match score calculated?
A score from 0 to 100 is given only after every hard requirement has passed. It weighs how closely the title matches, your skills named in the posting, the posting’s skills found in your resume, the experience asked for, seniority and pay against your minimum. Factors we can’t judge, such as skills when you list none, aren’t scored, and every match shows its factors. Our private AI model adds a separate second opinion, labeled as such; it doesn’t change the score. The score is not a probability of being hired.
What does “data completeness” mean?
It says how much the employer published: salary, work arrangement and employment type. When something is missing or inferred, the job says so, so you know what to confirm before applying.
How do you verify employers?
We check that the employer’s official careers page links to the job board we read, and keep that evidence. Only then can its postings appear. ApplyHalo isn’t affiliated with the employers.
Who can see my resume?
You, in your account. Files and their text are encrypted at rest. Our own systems process your resume to provide the service — including the AI review, which runs on a model we host on a private network, not a third-party AI service. Employers never receive it unless you approve an assisted application, and staff access is limited to such applications and logged.
Can you apply for me?
Yes, with assisted applications: buy a package of application credits (see pricing) and each role you choose uses one credit (checkout isn’t open yet; it’s coming soon). You approve everything before it’s sent. Applying yourself through each employer’s own link is always free.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Yes. Ask through this form within 12 months of purchase and we refund each unused credit at the per-application price you paid. If we can’t complete an application, its credit goes back to your balance automatically.
How do I export or delete my data?
Dashboard → Account: “Export my data” downloads everything we hold about you as a JSON file (original resume files are downloaded one by one from the Resume page). “Delete account” erases your data from our live systems at once; encrypted backups are deleted within 16 days.
I found a suspicious job
Open the job and choose “Report”. Never pay a fee, buy gift cards, or share bank or ID numbers to get a job.
How do I report a security problem?
Choose the topic “Security” in the form above. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it, test only against your own account, and give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling others.
